Author Showcase In-Person

The Office of Academic Affairs and Tomlinson Library are proud to honor CMU authors and creators with our Author Showcase event.

Faculty and staff are invited to showcase their books, book chapters, articles, artwork, and music and theatre performances.

Sabbatical and Fulbright research and scholarship activities are also welcome!

Time: 3PM - 5PM
Location: Center for Teaching & Learning, LIB-139

Honorees are welcome to bring their families to share in the celebration.
All CMU faculty and staff are invited to join the celebration and learn about the great works our colleagues are producing.
Beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Time frame for celebrants' work

Faculty and staff who have joined CMU since Spring 2022 are invited to showcase all their scholarship.

All other faculty and staff are welcome to submit works produced since our last Author Showcase in Spring 2022.

What should I submit?
- For faculty and staff who have participated in past Author Showcase events: Please submit new content only (May 2022 to current)
- For faculty and staff who have joined CMU since Spring 2022: Please submit any scholarly, creative, etc., accomplishment you have!
I have more than one book/article/creative work. What should I do?
- You'll be asked about the type of activity (publication, creative work, Fulbright/sabbatical, etc.) and, in the box that follows, you can add information about any and all achievements that fit that type of activity.
I have more than one type of work to share. What should I do?
- If you have, say, publications and a Fulbright, you'll be able to indicate that you have more than one type of content to share with us and you'll be able to submit information for each.
