2. Use the "Place Hold" icon to use your name and 408# to place a hold on that item.

    (The 408# is on the bottom right of your MavCard.)

3. Complete this form to arrange for curbside pickup of this item.

4. We will bring your item out to your vehicle at the scheduled time. Please park in CP6 (See map here) as close to the building as possible. If we are having trouble finding you, we will call the number you enter on this form.
